Mia Calderisi has been designing and handcrafting jewellery in south Manchester for more than 10 years.
"I took the long route round to get to where I am now. I started with a fine arts degree and then moved into graphic design. I needed to get back to making and so took a City and Guilds in Silversmithing and Jewellery Design before furthering my skills as a goldsmith apprentice at a renowned Cheshire jewellers.
